**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as court hearings
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and other documents
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
- Represent clients in real estate transactions
- Prepare and file legal documents
- Research and analyze legal matters
- Provide advice on legal matters

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
- Minimum of two years of experience in the legal field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage large caseloads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The Lead Practice Area Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to clients, representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating settlements with opposing counsel, representing clients in real estate transactions, preparing and filing legal documents, researching and analyzing legal matters, and providing advice on legal matters.

Applicants must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, have a minimum of two years of experience in the legal field, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage large caseloads are required.
