Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance to clients on legal issues
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience
- Florida Bar admission required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases
- Proficient in legal research and writing
