Manning Kass, a top-ranked law firm, is currently seeking a Workers' Compensation / Labor and Employment Attorney to join our teams in Orange County, San Diego, and San Francisco. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled attorney to play a crucial role in providing expert defense against Workers' Compensation claims for business owners and employers.

In this role, you will handle all aspects of case management, including analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies, client communication and management, and representing clients in litigation proceedings. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of Workers' Compensation experience, excellent writing and communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to case analysis.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $100,000 - $150,000, with a generous bonus structure, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within the firm.
