Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on zoning records and due diligence
- Complete liquor license applications and renewals
- File lobbyist registrations and annual activity reports
- Coordinate signposting and newspaper advertisements for hearings
- Prepare for and attend hearings
- Make regular trips to government agencies to file licenses and permits and pull zoning records
- File UCCs and draft corporate formation documents
- Record documents with land records office and SDAT
- Perform title and survey work
- Edit closing documents and prepare closing binders
- Provide corporate and transactional support as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in land use/zoning and real estate preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
