  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in securities litigation or a related field.
  • Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Barred in California or eligible to sit for or waive into the next California Bar exam.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California or eligibility to become licensed.
