Job Title: Senior Paralegal - Financial Services

Fried Frank, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a Senior Paralegal with experience in the Financial Services industry. This is a full-time position based in our Washington, . office, with a hybrid remote work environment. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Financial Services group within the Corporate practice, working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and assist with preparation and review of regulatory filings for various state, federal, and international banking agencies
- Communicate with high-level clients to gather information related to filings, including knowledge of investment fund structure, executive officers, and governance issues
- Prepare and review formation documents and other corporate governance-related materials
- Draft legal responses and correspondence under the supervision of attorneys
- Maintain internal documents and perform reconciliation tasks as needed
- Assist with document retrieval and a wide range of projects and deliverables

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five (5) years of corporate paralegal experience within a legal environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF software, and basic database and case management systems
- Knowledge of corporate governance matters preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments under pressure to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
