This position will assist attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of . and foreign trademark and copyright matters, making it an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a background in IP/Trademark paralegal work. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in this field. Experience in a mid to large-sized law firm is preferred, and a paralegal certificate is a plus. The salary for this position will vary depending on qualifications and experience, with compensation ranges provided for each location. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and file electronic trademark and service mark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office - Prepare and file copyright applications with the .
