Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Labor Relations Associate Attorney with at least 5+ years of labor law experience to join their team in Cleveland, Ohio. Duties:

  • Handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining negotiations, and union campaigns.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on various labor relations matters.
  • Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents related to labor law issues.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to strategize and execute case objectives.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and be in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing labor law.
  • Extensive experience advising clients on labor relations matters.
  • Outstanding academic record preferred.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and remain in good standing.
