## Responsibilities
As a Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney, you will be responsible for:

• Advising clients on fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters
• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve clients’ objectives
• Negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Researching legal issues and providing legal advice
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the applicable laws and regulations
• Keeping up-to-date on legal developments in the fund/securities transactional field

## Skills and Qualifications
The successful Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney should have:

• 7+ years of experience with fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters
• Applicable bar admission
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to think critically and analyze legal issues
