# Senior Associate, Real Estate Land Use Group Law firm is seeking a senior associate to join the Real Estate Land Use group in Boston, MA. ## Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: * At least 7 years of experience working on zoning and land use matters * Significant number of projects in Boston * Ability to work within a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a larger team * Strong academic record preferred * Experience working with the BPDA and other Boston agencies and boards required * Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar ## Responsibilities The successful candidate will have the opportunity to represent clients in a variety of Boston land use and zoning matters to include, without limitation: * Article 80 large and small project reviews, planned development areas, exceptions, conditional use permits and variances * Designations and alterations of landmark buildings and districts * MEPA reviews * Chapter 91 licensure ## Compensation Compensation is commensurate with experience. ## Diversity and Inclusion Law firm is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
