In this role, the associate will have the opportunity to work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations for hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions. This includes handling liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings. The associate will also have the chance to work on both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $365,000 and $435,000, with the salary offered within this range based on qualifications and operational considerations. Discretionary, performance-based bonuses are also available.
