Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for trials and hearings
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies and legal arguments
- Conduct legal and factual research on various issues related to securities and corporate governance litigation
- Attend client meetings and communicate with clients on case updates

Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in a mid- to large law firm or judicial clerkship
- Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for the practice of law and interest in securities and corporate governance litigation
