- Draft and review various commercial agreements, including licensing, development, distributor and reseller agreements
- Manage multiple matters at once and collaborate with colleagues and teams across multiple offices
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Background or interest in technology and working with emerging companies preferred
- Experience with software and open source software issues preferred
