Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage large volumes of documents
- Assist with preparation of pleadings and discovery in federal and state court matters
- Analyze, review, and organize documents and data from materials produced during discovery
- Prepare cases for trial and attend as necessary
- Finalize case briefs by performing thorough legal and factual cite checking, proofreading, and compiling relevant exhibits
- Develop, maintain, and refine processes for the initial review of incoming cases and integrate materials into standard firm systems
- Docket litigation deadlines and calendar all deadlines for federal and state court cases
- Record all billable and non-billable time spent on case files and client matters

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of five years experience managing complex litigation, including trial experience
- Expertise in cite checking and use of the Blue Book
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with federal and state court litigation cases from inception through trial
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
