Job Description:

- Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC seeking experienced associate attorney for civil litigation practice
- Opportunity to join nationally renowned law firm and advance within the firm, including partnership
- Seeking litigators with 4 to 7 years of experience in civil defense, including representing Fortune 500 companies
- Ideal candidate capable of independently working-up complex casualty cases for trial and representing clients in the courtroom as part of the trial team
- Position not limited to answering discovery and writing briefs; opportunity to depose key witnesses, conduct direct and cross-examinations at trial, and handle oral arguments of motions before the Court
- Strong litigators who enjoy collaborating with clients, developing creative solutions, and trying difficult cases encouraged to apply
