The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in business litigation and contract review relating to construction law.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Represent clients in all aspects of business litigation and contract review relating to construction law
- Draft and review construction contracts
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Negotiate settlements
- Appear in court to represent clients
- Advise clients on legal matters
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in the construction industry
- Participate in professional organizations and trade associations related to the construction industry

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school
- 3-5 years of experience in business litigation and contract review relating to construction law
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills
- Commitment to serving the construction industry through involvement in trade associations and professional organizations
