Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a well-respected law firm with a strong national presence, is seeking a talented and experienced Capital Markets/Securities Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in securities law to work with a diverse range of clients and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing practice area.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of Moore & Van Allen's Capital Markets/Securities team
- Work closely with senior leadership of the firm's public and private issuer clients as well as investor clients
- Advise clients on a variety of securities offerings and compliance matters
- Handle capital markets transactions, securities regulation issues, corporate governance, and general business matters

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a large law firm with a sophisticated capital markets/securities practice
- Strong academic record
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in advising clients on capital markets transactions, including registered and Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, debt and equity offerings, and liability management transactions
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and SEC reporting for public companies
