H2: Qualifications

Shutts & Bowen is looking for an associate with 4-5 years of litigation experience, top academic credentials, trial experience (criminal or civil), a proven record of research, writing, and analytical abilities, and fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), strong time management skills, excellent drafting skills, a professional demeanor, and be client-service focused and a team player.

Candidates should have 4-5 years of litigation experience and top academic credentials, trial experience (criminal or civil) is a plus, a proven record of research, writing, and analytical abilities with motivation to exceed expectations. Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar and be fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
