We are looking for an experienced Banking Associate to join our renowned Business Litigation Group in our downtown Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least 2-3 years of experience in commercial lending transactions.

### Responsibilities

- Drafting and negotiating loan documentation
- Title and survey review
- Reviewing due diligence materials
- Construction and development financing
- Revolving lines of credit and other alternative financing mechanisms
- Low income housing tax credit financing
- Tax exempt bonds

### Qualifications

- At least 2-3 years of experience in commercial lending transactions
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and drafting skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and flexibility
