San Francisco office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate attorney with 5+ years of substantial civil litigation experience in state and federal trial courts. The candidate will draft and argue motions. Will prepare and present trial testimony and argument. Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses. Brief and argue writs and appeals. Manage discovery, including complex electronic discovery. Participate in firm management and demonstrate a capacity for business development. Federal judicial clerkship experience and civil trial experience are strongly preferred.
