Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is seeking a Senior Leasing Associate to join our New York office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. To be eligible for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, with a focus on retail and industrial leases. Strong academic credentials and admission to the New York bar are also required.



Responsibilities

- Draft and negotiate commercial leases, with a focus on retail and industrial leases
- Work with clients from a variety of industries across the country
- Join our rapidly expanding and nationally recognized practice group
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent client service
- Participate in the Mansfield Rule Certification Program
- Help promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, with a focus on retail and industrial leases
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to the New York bar

Salary Information

- Expected annualized base salary range: $345,000 - $450,000
- Salary determined based on education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data
- Full-time employees may be eligible for discretionary bonus, health insurance, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and employee assistance program
