Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting, negotiation and closing of commercial lending transactions required. Familiarity with Article 9 secured transactions and intercreditor agreements preferred. Experience in tax-advantaged financing, tax credits, real estate and M&A a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate and close commercial lending transactions
- Understand and handle issues involved in Article 9 secured transactions
- Draft and negotiate intercreditor agreements
- Work on tax-advantaged financing, tax credits, real estate and M&A deals as needed
- Collaborate with all transaction parties including banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, state and local governments and their counsel
- Take an active role in the documentation, management and closing of transactions

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance
- Admission to the bar in the state of practice
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with tax-advantaged financing and tax credits preferred
- Strong understanding of Article 9 secured transactions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
