Position Description:
- Exciting opportunity for mid-level (4th - 6th year) associates
- Join the Digital Assets and Data Management Group, consisting of over 100 attorneys nationwide
- Focus on proactive and reactive privacy and data protection compliance matters
- Advise on data security incidents and related regulatory investigations
- Assist with complying with contractual and legal obligations related to security

Desired Experience:
- Advising on privacy and security obligations
- Knowledge of state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations
- Defending regulatory investigations related to privacy and security

Ideal Candidate:
- Law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience, or litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity breach response work
- Exceptional project management skills
- Familiarity with data privacy and security laws
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
- Motivated to learn and understand technology and forensic investigations
- Professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment
