Overview:
Troutman Pepper, a top law firm in the United States, is seeking a Specialized Litigation Associate to join our team in our Pittsburgh office. This is an exciting opportunity to represent clients on complex domestic and international commercial matters, including energy, utilities, water and light technologies, and other large and complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients on sophisticated domestic and international commercial matters
- Handle complex litigation cases involving energy, utilities, water and light technologies, and other large and complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents and pleadings
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the case
- Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and legal professionals

Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated and self-starter
- Value collegiality and mentorship
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
