Job Description

The Personal Injury Senior Associate will be responsible for handling a complex case-load of litigation cases, primarily focusing on premises liability. This includes day-to-day management of cases, drafting and filing of legal documents, and guiding clients through the case process. The Attorney will also be responsible for interacting with expert witnesses, attending depositions and court appearances, and preparing for trial.

Responsibilities of Personal Injury Senior Associate

- Manage a complex case-load of personal injury litigation cases, with a focus on premises liability
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guide clients through the case process and provide exceptional client service
- Interact with expert witnesses and prepare expert reports and affidavits
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Conduct trial prep and participate in trials

Qualifications

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
- Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
