The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations. The Structured Finance Practice Group is recognized for its work on complex and cutting-edge structured finance transactions, development of innovative structures, and first-time securitizations of new asset classes. The Associate should have an understanding of the relevant regulations, legal and market trends, and an ability to analyze and interpret legal documents.
