Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Prepare patent opinion letters
- Provide IP counseling to clients
- Conduct patent due diligence studies for business transactions
- Supervise junior attorneys and patent agents
- Collaborate with global client service teams

Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of patent prosecution law firm experience
- Patent bar membership
- Advanced degree in a life sciences field (cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, etc.)
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Superior academic credentials

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $225,000 – $310,000, based on experience
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded
