Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Active New Jersey bar admission
• New York bar admission is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases at once
