Job Description:
- Seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our market-leading Technology & IP Transactions group
- Positions available in New York, Chicago, the Bay Area, or Salt Lake City
- Specifically looking for associates with 4-6 years of experience in technology and IP-intensive transactions or relevant experience
- Opportunity to work on a wide range of domestic and international transactions for public and private companies in various industries
- Transactions include mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, software and systems agreements, outsourcing, R&D agreements, collaboration agreements, licenses, and other commercial agreements
- Technical degree not required

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating transactional agreements related to technology and intellectual property
- Conducting due diligence and providing legal advice on complex transactions
- Collaborating with clients and other attorneys to ensure successful completion of transactions
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments in technology and IP law

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar where the position is located
- 4-6 years of experience in technology and IP-intensive transactions or relevant experience
- Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a top-tier law firm
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in technology and IP law, including patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases
- Experience with M&A, financing, and other corporate transactions preferred
