Essential Job Duties and Requirements:

- Responsible for providing administrative support to assigned attorneys in the Private Wealth Practice Group, including managing multiple projects and delegating tasks to other teams
- Coordinates schedules, prepares documents and processes mail for assigned attorneys
- Assists with client billing, matter intake, and general administrative tasks
- Proactively demonstrates teamwork and communication with team members and other firm personnel
- Proficient in Private Wealth law and related tasks such as e-filing and document edits
- Operates office equipment and maintains confidentiality in all business matters
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2-year degree preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous legal experience, particularly in Private Wealth, required
- Strong communication, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
