Job Description
The Associate in the Litigation & Trial Department will work closely with partners and senior associates in the Antitrust practice to handle a variety of complex litigation matters. This individual will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and gain valuable experience in antitrust law. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Conducting legal research and writing memos, briefs, and other legal documents
• Assisting with all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Participating in client meetings and case strategy discussions
• Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management
