Salary Information:
- Albany, NY: $119,000 to $148,000
- Long Island, NY: $150,500 to $184,000
- New York, NY: $192,000 to $244,000
- Rochester, NY: $119,000 to $148,000

*Note: Additional contingent compensation may be eligible based on factors such as work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. The above-listed salary range is an estimate and subject to change.

Job Requirements:
- Non-partner track department attorney with 5-7 years of experience in estate planning for high net-worth clients
- Experience representing individuals, trusts, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations in estate, income, and gift tax planning matters
- Knowledge of trust and estate administration
- . degree in taxation is a plus, but solid foundation in gift, estate, and income tax planning is necessary

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
