Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is an AmLaw 100 law firm with robust national and local practices including business transactions, complex commercial litigation, employment, and tort & product liability. We have multiple openings for Commercial Litigation Associate Attorneys in our Las Vegas office and welcome candidates residing in St. George, Utah to apply.

### Job Description

As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for evaluating case files, motion practice, attending and arguing at court hearings, conducting depositions, defending client depositions, mediations and trial preparation. You must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision. A commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.

### Qualifications

- Must be licensed in Nevada, California or Utah
- Special consideration will be given to candidates with multiple licenses
- 2-15 years of experience
