The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a background in data security, cybersecurity, and related technology. As a privacy attorney, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing counsel on regulatory and cybersecurity breaches, with a focus on the Firm's Artificial Intelligence & Data Practice. This includes drafting data collection, use, transfer, and sharing practices and agreements, as well as developing and updating privacy notices, consent documentation, and corporate policies. They will also advise on internal and external audits and assessments, and address and respond to data security issues and breaches.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $325,000, and the salary offered will be based on factors such as job experience, legal industry familiarity, and skillset.
