Little Falls office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a business law counsel with 5+ years of legal experience in general corporate/securities matters. The candidate will draft, negotiate, and counsel clients on private placements, mergers, and acquisitions. Will act as an advocate and advisor concerning legal rights and obligations and recommend best practices and courses of action. Monitor legislative developments and advise clients with respect to the potential impact of pending legislation as related to their case. Conduct legal research using computer databases. Represent clients in court cases as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey required. Being admitted to practice law in the State of New York is a plus. Must have commercial contracting and corporate governance documentation. Proficiency in applicable computer programs (Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Office Suite) is required.
