This is a non-client facing role, and the resource attorney will not bill time. The expected annual salary range for this position is $220,000 - $325,000, with final offer amount dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.

Responsibilities:

The Public Companies Resource Attorney will be responsible for supporting the Public Companies practice group by keeping current on all legal and regulatory developments, developing topics for client alerts and publications, creating practice resources, maintaining work product archives, updating forms and templates, providing information for business development opportunities, and coordinating with Professional Development and Information Services. The resource attorney will also work to enhance the skills development of the practice group and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the practice of representing Public Companies and a mastery of the substantive area of practice. They should also possess knowledge of the industries the firm regularly advises and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the resource attorney should be a confident and engaging presenter, have strong intellectual, interpersonal, and technical skills, be a self-starter, and work well as part of a team. Organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail, are also important for success in this role.

Pay and Benefits:

The expected annual pay range for this position is $220,000 - $325,000. However, the final offer amount will depend on factors such as geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset.
