Law Firm is seeking highly qualified and experienced Lateral Associates to join our Corporate Department. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate law, with a focus on renewable energy development, project finance, and M&A transactions. Responsibilities:
- Represent developers, lenders, sponsors, and tax equity investors in renewable energy development, project finance, and M&A transactions
- Review, draft, and negotiate project contracts (including O&M agreements, EPC contracts, management agreements, and offtake contracts), purchase and sale agreements, and tax equity financing agreements
- Provide general corporate legal support and advice

Qualifications:
- Law school class years 2017 – 2020
- Strong background in corporate law, with a focus on renewable energy development, project finance, and M&A transactions
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating project contracts, purchase and sale agreements, and tax equity financing agreements
- General corporate legal experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
