Law Firm in Augusta, GA is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 2+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation. As a member of our rapidly growing plaintiff litigation practice, you will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation to trial.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day handling of pre-litigation and litigation cases
- Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Work with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree (. / JD / Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Georgia bar
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Ability to manage high volume of cases
- Demonstrable trial experience in state and federal court
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
