Law Firm is seeking an entry level Patent/Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for its offices in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Texas Or Florida.

Job Description

The Patent/Intellectual Property Litigation Associate will be responsible for providing legal representation in patent and other intellectual property litigation. This includes managing client relationships, researching and preparing legal documents, and providing advice on legal issues. Additionally, the Associate will be expected to participate in trial strategy, discovery, and motion practice.

Requirements

• . degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in at least one state


• Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field

Salary and Benefits

Law Firm offers a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience and the salary range for this position is $200,000 to 315,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
