Your responsibilities will include gathering petition materials and information, entering data into our online case management software, communicating with clients for information and updates, and assisting with the drafting of application materials.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Client service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using online software and programs
- Willingness to handle multiple cases and work overtime during busy season and as needed
- 1-3 years of business immigration experience preferred
