We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Firm’s Cherry Hill, NJ- based office location. Working with other Attorneys and staff, along with co-counsel, and other third-parties, the Associate will manage all aspects of litigation intake and case development, Discovery, document review, depositions & expert witness matters and trial-related duties.

Qualification and Experience Applicants for the Associate role must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an Accredited School of Law and possess an active license in good standing in the State of New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania. Candidates should have 3-5 years post-JD legal experience and possess strong legal writing and research skills. Experience with complex litigation matters is highly preferred. Some travel will be required as cases are being litigated across the country.
