Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct title research online and at various Registries of Deeds
- Prepare title insurance commitment, policies, endorsements, and affidavits
- Prepare deeds and other ancillary documents required to transfer property
- Prepare for and participate in real estate closings
- Record documents electronically and in-person
- Handle other post-closing matters

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and responsive to priorities
- Attentive to detail
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work effectively alone and as a member of a team
- Prior experience with title research and real estate closing procedures preferred

Responsibilities:

- Conduct online and in-person title research at various Registries of Deeds
- Prepare title insurance commitment, policies, endorsements, and affidavits
- Assist with the preparation of deeds and other documents needed for property transfers
- Participate in real estate closings and ensure all necessary documents are in order
- Electronically and in-person record documents related to real estate transactions
- Handle post-closing matters, such as filing and organizing documents

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to catch errors
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with title research and real estate closing procedures
