Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for litigation? Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC, a nationally renowned civil litigation firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated paralegal to join our team in multiple locations including Chicago, IL, Kansas City, MO, St. Louis, MO, Boulder/Denver, CO, and Missoula, MT.

Experience with analyzing medical records is a plus.

Responsibilities:

As a litigation paralegal at Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC, you will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with attorneys, contribute to case strategy, and work on complex cases. Your responsibilities will include:

- Organizing and managing case files using case management software
- Preparing and organizing disclosure and discovery documents
- Drafting basic motions
- Preparing for depositions and trials
- Assisting with trial preparation
- Analyzing medical records
- Traveling for trials as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Paralegal certificate (preferred)
- 4 years of paralegal experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Experience with e-filing, docketing, and time/billing software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Salary Information:

Salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and location, with a range of $42,000 to $85,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer excellent benefits including health, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and matching 401(k) participation.
