Law Firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal for their Modesto office. The ideal candidate must possess a and 5+ years of experience in family law. Litigation experience is also preferred. The successful candidate must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills and a firm understanding of family law procedures.

The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for meeting with clients to review and obtain documents, using various e-discovery tools, reviewing and analyzing discovery responses and/or large amounts of data, preparing meet and confer letters, working with various experts, drafting objections and discovery responses to review with clients for final attorney review, billing hours per day, and working as a member of a practice group team, for multiple attorneys. The successful candidate will also possess a pleasant and professional demeanor.

This is a full-time position with a salary commensurate with experience.
