The candidate should demonstrate knowledge in land use matters; land use applications; transactional matters; commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and financing; and appearing before Planning and Zoning Boards. Should have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. New Jersey Bar admission is required. New York Bar admission is preferred.
