We are currently seeking a Paralegal with Toxic Tort litigation experience for our Seattle office. This position will support a team of four attorneys and will be responsible for managing calendars, documents, and discovery responses. This is a full-time, regular position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to a team of four attorneys
- Manage calendars and deadlines
- Review, create, and organize documents
- Compile information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
- Maintain a billable requirement of 1,600 hours per year

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (may be required based on region, state, or client requirements)
- At least three (3) years of litigation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Flexible work hours may be required
