This exciting opportunity offers exposure to a variety of professional liability matters, including directors and officers, employment practices, mortgage bankers, and securities broker/dealer cases in courts across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret complex contracts and insurance policies
- Evaluate and research novel legal issues
- Prosecute and defend litigation in federal and state courts on a nationwide scale

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in coverage and/or litigation
- Admission to the Illinois bar (or ability to waive in)
- Strong writing and analytical skills
