Barclay Damon LLP, a top regional law firm with a strategic network of offices in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, is currently seeking a skilled associate to join our Labor & Employment Practice Area. This position is available in any of our US office locations and offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $155,000.

As a Labor & Employment Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of nearly 300 attorneys and gain valuable experience in a variety of legal areas. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in labor and employment law and be licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar. While experience in higher education is preferred, it is not required.
