Job Description:
Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a mid/senior-level associate to join our Securities Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group. Our securities litigation team handles complex and sophisticated matters for a diverse range of clients, including large corporations, small businesses, and their executives. We offer a hybrid work arrangement that promotes flexibility and work-life balance.

Location:
This position is available in multiple offices:
- Chicago, IL
- Philadelphia, PA
- New York, NY
- Washington, DC

Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct discovery, including drafting and document review/analysis (including ESI)
- Assist with witness preparation and examination
- Familiarity with civil rules of procedure and rules of evidence is required
- Federal court experience and/or “second-chair” experience at hearings/trials is preferred

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, including securities litigation at a law firm
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong academic record
- Licensed to practice law

Salary:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $220,000 to $260,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
