Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including corporate governance, securities litigation, and regulatory/criminal enforcement issues
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions
- Represent clients in court and at arbitrations and mediations
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex cases
- Promote a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability
- Demonstrate stellar academics and superior research and writing skills
- Show entrepreneurial drive, initiative, and confidence-inspiring leadership
- Maintain NJ Bar admission

Salary Information:
- Target annual pay range: $240,000-315,000 (actual pay will vary based on experience and other factors)
- Comprehensive compensation package including discretionary bonuses and firm-sponsored benefits

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate governance and/or securities litigation
- Experience with derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and securities laws
- Knowledge of regulatory or criminal enforcement organizations is a plus
- Strong academic background and superior research and writing skills
- NJ Bar admission required
